I agree with everything you say, except for your answer to question 4. "What qualifications WILL the media industry require?" was the question, not "What qualifications SHOULD the media industry require?". I think being a great rebel is still a problem in a country like Sweden which shuns diversity and does not reward people who take risks as it should... but you explain this situation very well in your answer #5. My vision is that the old advertising agency model with plenty of employees and responsability for a whole brand's budget is dying. I believe in loose and flexible networks of the kind of people you describe in #4. It's a natural evolution, it's unavoidable and it's just brilliant. Good and honest (!) answers.
