Okay, not really. But if they would?

Think about this for a sec. Imagine an iPhoneish creation with Facebook pre-installed as the OS of the phone. You would have all phone numbers up to date all the time because everyone would be responsible for their own contact information. You would have the chat funktionality, the pictures, the online/offline info on your contacts, the feed, and on and on. For people calling Facephone to Facephone you would have a host of new awesome features like global calls for local rates, grouping of contacts with permission settings for when they can call etc. You could give priority for other people with Facephones (because you have already pre-accepted them when adding them they are probably friendly). Basically you could eventually put an end to unwanted calls. It’s close to the Open Permissions I talked about in January 2008 remember?
