Google Wave – First Impressions

Posted · 1 Comment

Ok. So I’m now live with the Google Wave developers preview sandbox, and so far it feels very very cool, though somewhat confusing at first. My first impression is that it is not like anything I’m used to. It’s sort of like a mix of everything, threading discussions and topics all over the place. Somehow though, it still feels intuitive and fluid. This can become massively addictive I’m afraid.

I’ve hit a couple of bugs already, but on the other hand it doesn’t kill my browser and only crashes locally, which makes it really robust.

So will Wave save the world? So far, my answer is ‘probably‘.
