Huge Fashion Week Photo Special!

Such a beautiful Stockholm day!
I even saw a bunch of horses and carriages from the taxi on my way to work!

It got me so excited I decided to do an “outfit of the day”. (Shoes from Marc Jacobs, socks from H&M, Pants from 5th Avenue Shoe Repair, knitted top from Filippa K, trench from 5th Avenue Shoe Repair, pilots from American Apparel and beaver skin hat from Marc Jacobs, bracelet from Marc by Marc.)

Last night was yet another amazing night at the Stockholm Fashion Week show.
I was there with Sandra of “Nio till fem”. This is what we looked like:

We checked out the 5fth Avenue Shoe Repair show. It was good, but it was a bit “either or” to me. Some things were just impossibly strange (which can be cool at a show), while some things were just boring. Especially this was true for the guys’ collection. I would have wanted more “daring but wearable”. This was a strange dress:

The dress below was a great exception. Best of show in my eyes.

…and this corsette was sexiest of show:

We went to get a quick breath of “fresh air” and then went back in.

This is when I met papa daniel who had just gotten married in New York. It made me happy!

And this model from Mika’s who was best of show at 5th avenue. She walked very well. Different.

Next we were on to see Helena Hörstedt. Expectations were high. The place was packed. The show was great. A Z-shaped catwalk cutting through the audience was well thought out, the lighting was cool and the music was perfect. Great models too. Graceful. The clothes? Works of art. Few styles and a short show, but that only made it feel more exclusive.
