Google crashed on me today. Or at least Gmail did. This is not good. I rely on Google to take care of my stuff, and reliability is their killer app. No more backups, worries or hassles. It just works. So when it crashes, it’s bad. Not so much because of the actual harm done, but for the blow on my trust for the service. Then again, no other service is as reliable.

So the first thing I do is to hit Tweetdeck to check out TwitScoop and see if there is something wrong with my connection. But no. Sure enough – this seems to be a global crash. Check out the big “gmail” in the middle. How quick is quick? Twitter is amazing in this way.

Look at the graph for the Twitter response and be amazed.

My love for twitter grows stronger by the minute.
